Due to the COVID-19 virus, ABC has had to institute new policy changes in the way I provide fingerprinting services.
1. All fingerprinting is now appointment only. Appointments need to be made through a telephone call with me (Barry). You can still use the contact page for questions.
2. Only one person per appointment is permitted in my office at a time (also no dogs).
3. Please be prepared TO ANSWER the four COVID-19 questions below (per OHA):
a. Have you had a new or worsening cough? b. Have you had a fever? c. Have you had shortness of breath? d. Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
We will need to reschedule your appointment if you answer βYesβ to any of these four questions.
4. Please be prepared to provide me with your contact information: your name, your telephone number, and an email address. I will also need to take your temperature (per OHA). The maximum allowable for fingerprinting is 100.3 degrees). I am required to keep this information for 60 days per OHA.
